Help me flash my w810i, i tried flashing it since yesterday,
 i followed the instructions on the other site but still i can't use the flash files,  do you really need to debrand it?  is there a topic here that have full flashing topic?  help for pete's sakes.

Don't do double-posting.
Run XS 3.2 and search in tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash whether there is file called disable_flash or something like that. If there it is, delete it. But, you lose your warranty

I dont think he means enables flash themes.
