I have already told you. Flash the main instead of rest.
Stop creating all these topics about the same things. This post has been edited by Boysie99: 2009-09-05 16:23 -------------------- |

But i watched Akshay's tutorial and it said that you have to create a rest file of the main firmware? And it wasn't working when i dragged and dropped it onto mkrest2.exe and i just wanted some help with it.

You dont have to create the rest as long as you flash the main instead. I can't put it any simpler than that.

Then whats the point of showing how to create a rest file in the tutorial but not needing to do it?

Look. The rest or restoration file is needed to repair the portion of the main destroyed by the break-in procedure, in your case, Executor jar shutting the phone down. Flashing the main has the same effect as flashing the rest file, it just takes longer.
I have suggested this (more than enough times) because you're having trouble creating the rest file. If you choose to ignore this advice then thats up to you but don't start any more topics on the subject. -------------------- |

Don't be sorry and you didn't annoy me. Just get and patch your phone.
