Help! Wsod On My W810i |

Hi all!
While I'm playing some mp3's, my w810i shutdown and when I try to power it, it returns a WSOD... I have tried to reset the telephone with SX++ but the software can't find it. Any clues? Thanks. |

You say XS can't find it. Have you installed the flash drivers? Post a log from XS if you can please.

Download them, extract them, connect your phone while holding down "C" (phone must be turned off). The windows driver installation will appear, direct it to the path where you extracted the drivers. Once you have done the above, connect and post a log.
