K850i Camera Problem

Hi all today when i tryed to take a picture of my tv with it on and zoom in flash on when i take picture its just black and a bit of red in the corner so i updated camera driver and its still the same but if i take a picture close up its ok but if its about 5 foot away just a black image can any one help ?

forgot to add i was taking picture in low light but never had a problem with it before
