Unlock And Debrand K800i?

Hi there,

I've just been given a k800i phone that is locked to the Orange network in the UK. I'd like to unlock it for any network and debrand it to get rid of the Orange crap thats in it. Could someone please link me to the files that I need and a tut for unlocking?
