So the question is can I upgrade(Flash) the phone to another model what model can I upgrade it to and is it worth it?

you can flash it to a G705 or W715 if you like, but you won't gain anything except a GPS menu which won't work anyway since your phone doesn't have a GPS module.

No. As already mentioned by pakraider, the W715 has GPS and the W705 hasn't. So flashing your phone to W715 would be pointless.
