Hi all,

My K800i died a week ago. It wasn't switching on, only a red light blinking. It was an EROM problem. With Setool2 Lite I was able to revive it. It switches now on, but now I am getting white screen problem. It turns on, switches off and turns on repeatedly.

I have numbers in the phone, and I dont want to lose it.

What should I do?

Phone is K800_R1CB001_FS_EUROPE_3_RED49.

If I flash it with the same firmware would it work? Can I save my data? Or should I use another way?

If I cannot save my data at all, flashing to CID 52 would revive my phone?
Which firmware is the latest and advicable then?

Thanks in advance,

I'm afraid you've probably lost that data. Flashing may revive your phone but you will lose all stored data. R8BF003 is the latest and last fw. Use XS++ to flash and update the CID to 52 when it asks. smile.gif
