I have been given a Song Eric W595s, it is set to French language and the PUK has been blocked, is there anything that can be done to unlock it. I have been ripped off before with these pin unlock websites and as the PUK is blocked is there anypoint trying to get this phone useable ?????

i get that whenever i trys to lock my phone but forget the passcode.

PUK is down to the SIM having its pin code put in wrong a certain number of times, and not the phone.
