Hi Guys
I have been away from here for a while, and have been looking for any posts relating to removing phone lock on K850i I tried XS++ which recognises the phone but does not seem to be able to remove or reset lock. Thanks for this info I dont know aerix but while I have been reading around the posts, I saw some post about aerix and loss of battery life is this an issue.

Some people have reported battery problems after using this service. Plenty more have used it without problems.
