W995 Layouts Options

Hello everyone!

I wanted smaller fontsizes in my W995 and tried to edit the layout with SELE, but it didnt work. Then i found this layout:

That one has a font size that i like, but i want the clock and date like it is in this layout:

So, is there someone in this forum who knows how to edit layouts who also could combine these layouts somehow? The first one with the "desktop" from the last one, and if its possible with a little bigger standby-clock. I would be very thankful!
I tried to do it with notepad, but then both the clock and date disappeared... Sorry if this is the wrong forum?

But it doesnt move the clock to the top, its just changes the size?
edit: it didnt do anything at all. I changed it from 20 to 30.

I want it like this but with smaller fontsizes in menus and such.



And how do i set a default flash menu?
In my c905 i just put a "default_desktop.swf" in the flash-folder but it doesnt work with my W995.

there isnt such a thing as default flash menu, you will always have to combine it with a theme

I had that in my C905, it worked perfect. I had the same flash menu with all themes and it was named "default_desktop.swf"

It seems that that isnt working with the W995 so how do i combine the menu with my theme then? I tried to put the menu in the flash folder, it didnt work. I tried to put it in the theme with SE themes creator but that didnt work either. fixed it , had to add desktop_style manually.


Is there someone who knows how to move and change the size of the clock and date, like this?

Or decrease every font size in that layout (except the date/clock)

"small font" "time/date font" etc is the same in both files and it doesnt change anything.

W995 have more lines in file layout_main.xml than the layout of the phone db3150. Interesing...

yep same problem here. i trying to find the original layout.xml to look into this but A2 loader cant download from the phone and google cant find the file extract from Main

you should edit section StringInput in file layout_main.xml.

so changes in layout_main.xml not have any effect? Only items in standby can change?


Can some user W995 phone try file attachment?

layout_main.xml file is equivalent to layout.xml file.
