W810i Cam Not Working After Driver Change Options

i changed my cam driver previously using XS++ 3.1 it was working fine...today i set it back to my original W810i driver it worked fine but after that i decided to change it to super function V6.6....when i uploaded it to the camera folder in ifs folder it gave the following error message and there after whatever driver i tried after restarting both my phone PC etc it gave the same error message.....i deleted the folder named camera and againg created a folder but still the same problem...pls help...
