W850i Help Me, need help with a couple of things

Firstly,recently i uploaded some walkman skins to my w850i but when i turn me phone on and go in the walkman and there are no options for changing themes.
second, i downloaded a theme for my phone called gSharp and the flash menu file .swf i followed the steps for putting these two together i put it on my phone set the theme the theme sets but the menu is still the same.
lastly, i folowed a tutorial on debranding my phone on SE-Stuff.com i think ive done it because there is no operator stuff on my phone i think it might have somthing to do with my second question.


PLEASE help me!!!!!!
