Any one know how? I've used the a2uploader and followed the pathway (/ tpa / preset / system / settings /) but cant seem to delete the old splash and put a new one in its place.

The splash screen image should be without an extension wink.gif

I think it's .gif on A2 phones (of course without the .gif extension wink.gif)

Right click (with mouse) at the file which you want to delete and choose "set RW access"
then you can delete the files! happy.gif

Try this startup and shutdown, works on my W595 happy.gif
