Skype Lite And Sony W350 Http Access Permissions, setting permissions to always alllow http access without asking Options

I have Skype Lite downladed and installed on my W350 phone. It has two connectivity options: http and socket. I would prefer socket, but then I would have to pay AT&T the data package subscription. So, I use the http option.

Skype polls http every one second. In the phones Settings>Applications>Skyp>Permissions>Internet, there are only 2 options:
1. No (I guess this means "do not allow Skyp to access the internet
2. Always Ask

....and it does! It asks every second. Can't handle this. When I minimized Skype, after one second, the permissions dialog pops up again, and then Skype gets maximiazed.

Where can I set this so that Skyp never has to ask? Other applications have at least one more optioin, Ask Once. Even that would be better.
