this is a genuinly weird question
 i had an old mate that i used to know who had a modded k800i with windows xp workig on it but i never found out off him how to do it as i didnt have much interest in modding my phone then lol. i think it was either in a firmware patch or a load of jars i cant remember :S. but i was wondering if anyone knows, i have a few models up from that (k850) and is it possible to get say windows XP on my phone, or anyway to run an EXE or emulator on my phone ?(whenever i look o google it comes up as a k850 priter ><) also does anyone know wat OS a k850 runs on ? This is a random idea that popped into my head lol also people are always saying how you cannot get transparent buttons on an A2 phone or other phones, but what about if you add the images to a photo editing program and save them as GIFS, then change the XML files to say somthing like: icon_1_unselected.gif it was only an idea but i dont have photo editing software to make gifs or nything else, but they have a transparent background .cheers in advance |

. No way to have XP on a K800  BTW, the people complaining about non-transparent images are the ones that use unstable gfx changing methods

Well but i have heard that S60 could run old windows such as <Windows 98 i think. Read over at a symbian forum.

But we have to consider disk space especially with xp, i'm talking about phone memory, where the system files are located. with 16gb phones could be possible!????
