HI all
Can you help? My friend has sent me a video from her phone (Nokia) and my phone saves it on the memory stick under Music. When I go to view it, it just plays the sound, not the video-it is a MP4. Can you tell me how I can view the video?? I have a K810i. thanks |

What resolution is the video?

I'm not sure - I know it is an MP4, the Auto Codec is AAC - sorry I can't give any more info as I'm not sure how I would find it.

Can your friend check its resolution on his Nokia? My W810 only played the audio of a movie if the resolution of it was too high
