I bought a new unlocked sony w300i on ebay after recieving it I connected it to my pc to do an update. After update it said install correct sims, it is unbranded, is there anything I can do to unlock it. I have data cable that came with it.

You can patch unlock it again with SETool2Lite

I downloaded setool2lite set it up and hit unlock it has been running about an hour, how long should it take?

It doesn't work that way
 . You will have to download Simox Autopatcher and create an unlock patch with it, and then patch that patch with SETool2Lite

I got it all installed setoo2lliteand clicked read GDFS when it reads new security model detected,phone in red retail product,flash cid detected:52,skipping empty loader, phone pre-boot failed, possible RECOVER needed. Where do you find the firmware, and gdfs_[yourIMEI]bin in setool2 lite folder?
