S500i To W580i Problem With Flashing

Ok guys i have one stupid problem.I tryed to flash s500i to w580i and when i turned it on i saw resolution is bad.I mean font is like too big and i cant do nothing with so big font,icons.......I tryed to backup but its dont work,just nothing happening,font and resolution is still too big.

Well, I think you should just try again and again flashing the same FW till it gets solved (that's what Photographer said and he is a mod and has had W580 smile.gif)

hey

i've just recently done the same, solved the resplution problem.

however now it says: "configuration error. please contact your service provider or service center"

did i manage to kill my phone?

So now i tried that, only did it once though with the new custpack.

currently using:

It still displays the configuration error? If it does, try another custpack (though I don't see it being uploaded in your log)

figured it out laugh.gif

and it works great now..

misunderstood the part about putting the tpa folder with the xs++.exe, since i had the exe on my desktop
i had put it in the usb device driver folder >.< gordons gate
