Im going to install this , where shall i put those folder in? :S i understand the guide btw , but wonder , cus i have killed my phone one time .

but after i use elf , will my phone be at the english language? cus i want norwegian.

How can i install it? i dont understand the guide ..

Can you guyse help me to choose place to put those folder?
