Hi,
My W300i is having a weird problem. When i turn it on the sony ericsson screen shows then. it just goes off. The outer screen is still on and when i press the play button it plays music. But there's nothing on the normal screen its not lit up and nothing showing at all. I have tried re-flashing the phone. But it hasnt changed. What do you think i could do to fix it? Try restoring your GDFS if you have made a back-up

Only restore it if you have a back-up from when it wasn't corrupted
 .If you still have warranty, send it to a Service Center

Yeah, but now it surely is beyond repair. The only thing you can do right now is bring it to a Service Center.

You flashed someone else's GDFS to it, that is fatal. Previously, you also suffered from a GDFS error, but now from an even bigger error.
Just bring it to a Service Center as there are no free tools that can help you now. -------------------- |

They might of flashed a "clean GDFS" to the phone (which should be flashed to the phone with setool box)
