The review many of you have been waiting for is finally finished! Sony Ericsson's very own W715 has been described in detail by yours truly. What's curious is that it's actually a double review of the W705 and the W715, since they're pretty much the same. There are also lots of photos, UI pictures and galleries. I would like to thank Michell for taking the photos of both the W715 and the C510 and for generally helping me out while I was composing the article.

So, we're quite positive about the phone, really. It's both elegant and sleek, has Wi-Fi and GPS and boasts superior audio quality. The price is also pretty adequate. Have a look right here:

Er the pictures-going-off-the-boundaries-of-the-page issue and the subsequent stretched-photos one have been fixed.

What headphones are these shipped with? I'm gonna assume they're shipped with HPM-77?

I'm currently using my G705 with W705 firmware and I'm deciding whether to use the HPM-64 or HPM-70. I remember when I was using the G705, the HPM-64 sounded better than the HPM-70 that I got with my W580.

What you think about this phone? I think it's needless. Sony Ericsson (W series) got many good phones example W595, W890i, W910i etc. but W715 is great ofc. GPS and Wi-Fi realy nice wink.gif I'd like to get it smile.gif

Redundant? Well, I frequently use this word to describe some of SE's more recent offerings. Not the W715, though. I love it. smile.gif
I'd rather say that the W595 was a pointless release.

Had another look, WHYY don't they put auto-focus in their new phones? that really sucks. It making W-series almost crippled....

The W760 is perfectly suited for that position.

Here in Belgium, the W595 is 190 euros, whereas the W760 is 230. 40 euros does make a difference if you are a student wink.gif

Well, in that case I think it might not be that pointless after all.
Thing is, the W760 and the W595 are about the same price here.
