i downloaded some patch from mobilefree.ru & installed it using setool2 lite 1.1 , the patch worked but it made my keypad unusable & every time i press tthe no. keys the phone restarted , to recover from the problem i write the gdfs from recovery again & now my phone's dead .
please suggest anyway in which i can get it working again . -------------------- Journey of my Sony Ericsson Handsets till now >>

Well, did you made backup of your phone's GDFS? if yes, why is this happening?
If no, and I'm sure you didn't, you should contact Philzfog (A USER) , he has a tutorial, for recovering GDFS, or search, it's easy enough. But for now, try refalashing your phone, and then, try repairing your GDFS. Good luck! -------------------- |

how do i re-flash my phone ! it isn't recognized by xs++ or setool2 lite v1.1

Try holding down 2+5 when connecting the phone to setool2 lite also does the infra red light blink when you try to power it on???

it doesn't power on . any other program to flash main .

i've already done that but the damn thing isn't recognized anymore by any of the flashing programs !

It's unclear to me why when backing up the GDFS the file created is of 100 Kb, but on the net you find 10 Mb FS (file system_ with .fbn extension) .... And another thing, is there a difference between GDFS (.bin extension) and FS (.fbn extension)? (please explain the initials)
