Picture Mms Sending But Not Reciieving On S500i @ W580, Would these solutions work? Options

Ive been trying forever to get MMS working on my phone, it worked a few dayas ago but randomly stopped working, i can send the messages but not recieve them. I am using rogers in canada. I am thinking of maybe reflashing my phone jsut to start from scratch? Maybe flashing a rogers branded firmware? Im not sure, maybe i have the wrong settings even? Can someone with working MMS on rogers post their settings? or tell me if its worth reflashing? Here is what SE Tools spits out about my phone:

Also is there some way to view a log file of the process the phone goes through to send/recieve picture messages? maybe seeing what error happens would help?
