Hey how do i know the CID number of my K530i Phone.
I am left wondering!

If i just connect it to XS++ to know its CID number. wont it flash my phone?
Sorry to ask a dumb question like that but, One has to be careful! isn't it?

it would be more helpful if u could provide me the steps to know the CID of the phone.

Just connect to XS. It won't do anything unless you tell it to.

Turn off phone, remove battery for a few secs, reinsert it, open XS++3.1, press 'connect', and connect the usb while holding 'C'. You should then get all the info.

You must have installed the USB Flash Drivers first! wink.gif

Always pay attention to the EROM CID.

The EROM color is the state of the phone: Red is retail phones (normally brought from a shop and are the most common. Brown are developer phones (mainly used for development and testing) and Blue ones are basically "blannk" phones with no info on them.
