Question, Does it have the ADVANCED 2.0 walkman player as in the W850i and W950i?

@Rishin

I don't see it mentioned on the W710i specifications page.

thnx Scots, yea I was hoping but it doesnt seem likely, aww just the lack of autofocus is the deal breaker plus i heard the something about the camera on the w850i taking twice the time to take the picture due to the lens speed.

I'm not that photography expert, but isn't it this 1:something thingy?

K800 & W710 have 1:2.8, W850 I've seen 1:4.0...

Yes, xellar got it right, look at k750i/w800i numbers on the camera ring (camera ring on the w800i) and the camera ring on the w850i and w710i and it shows the respective numbers that xellar posted, thus the 1:4:0 means, I assume, that the picture takes longer to capture and on top of that there is no autofocus which makes it worse. Looking at preliminary pictures and the non-autofocus pictures taken by the w700i (I saw some sample pics) the pics are very blurry due to the lack of autofocus, this was the deal breaker for me and the w850i or w710 or z710 I love them and was planning on getting the k790i, then w850i and w710i (Im a Junkie! LOL) however i will just stick with the k790i now.

those numbers tell you if it is a 'fast' lens or not. lower the number the better. 1:2.8 allows twice as much light into the sensor as compared to a 1:4.0 which is why you would get some blurry or low quality pics.
in camera land, 1:2.8 is what you would ideally want on all your lenses but then your going to pay for it and it can get very expensive.
my s700i has 1:4.0 and it still takes pretty decent pics, for a mobile, so anything lower than this is a bonus.
hope that helps.

getting my Z710i on tues.. hehe.. hmm.. it seems as though the z and w710i almost seem identical.. kind of like a k750i/w800i in hardware specs and design.. wonder if i can upgrade firmware to a W710i w/o paying the extra $100....

hmm...
