hello everyone
I've been here (in the net) for some days, trying to understand some of the new concepts (to me) regarding the sony ericsson mobile world. My quest started the day i bought my first SE (w880i) and i saw that this cell doesn't come with a PW protection when it comes out of the screensaver, I thought for me: i wanted to have a feature like that on my SE and if it doesn't come in it, there is probably, some way to put it on... Ok, i'm going to be more quick, because of that i understood the true power of modding and flashing menus and stuff... but now a have a dilemma, in the past i did a SEUS upgrade and now i know that have been the cause for my cid turned 53. So, if anyone can help or clarify me, i would like to know what can i do with an SE with these features: -have flash menus; (and how can i install them in) -turn my SE better regarding the sound e cam (and how can i install them in) -and the firmware...(and how can i install them in) I've read some posts (i've been doing some search)(lots), but there are few of w880i, and when they are, those posts start tlaking of other models and that's a mess. Flash menus are for display: http://flash-lite-tutorial.blogspot.com/20...lite-menus.html
Camera drivers are located in ifs\settings\camera and sound in ifs\settings\acoustic. Use jdflasher to access the fs: http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=17857 and http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=27775 Use jdflasher for installation. First i would like to thanks for trying to help me.
i've notice a detail and solved by doing some more search on all kind of forums related to SE. log started. plugin compiled Dec 31 2007 / 18:39:11 create session object used script: db2020.xml turn off the phone, hold "c" button and plug usb cable found EPIUSB1 connecting... got response protocol: 0301 baseband: 9900 cid detect <- cid=53 color=red platform=db2020 I can now enter in the cell, and 2 folders appear: >oflash >ofs when i try to enter the 1st the error occurs: qhldr: 070129 0950 DB2020_PRODUCTIONIDLOADER_P3J.2020_1_BLUE <- hello: 070129 0950 NGUCXC1250330_DB2020_PRODUCTIONIDLOADER_P3J cmd3c: 080108 1810 DB2020_FLASHLOADER_R2A015.2020_53_RED error: SetDirectory(setdir(setmode(doscript(cmd3c(hdr(cmd 3cbody(bad answer 10))))))) and the 2nd: qhldr: 070129 0950 DB2020_PRODUCTIONIDLOADER_P3J.2020_1_BLUE <- hello: 070129 0950 NGUCXC1250330_DB2020_PRODUCTIONIDLOADER_P3J cmd3c: 070904 1245 DB2020_CSLOADER_R3A013.2020_53_RED error: SetDirectory(setdir(setmode(doscript(cmd3c(hdr(cmd 3cbody(bad answer 10))))))) Now, could it be because of this:files in (/fdflasher/bin/)folder 080108 1810 DB2020_FLASHLOADER_R2A015.2020_53_RED 070904 1245 DB2020_CSLOADER_R3A013.2020_53_RED ? i've downloaded this file
jdflasher_text5fix2_cid53.rar and inside de bin folder was 070904 1245 DB2020_CSLOADER_R3A013.2020_53_RED 070904 1356 R3A016_PNX5230_CSLOADER.5230_53_RED 071213 1552 R2A022_PNX5230_FLASHLOADER.5230_53_RED 080108 1810 DB2020_FLASHLOADER_R2A015.2020_53_RED i have more but their are for db2010, db2012... other cids 52, 51, 49, but i think that isn't for my case. i don't know if they are the correct, that's why i'm asking. is that difficult to put some flash menus in my SE???? |

ofs is used for accessing fs, try that.
