 As some may already be aware both Paris and the G702, otherwise known by the codename BeiBei, have both been cancelled. Whilst this might not be news to some of you we have a new twist on the story that might be. There is the suggestion that both of these handsets were cancelled due to a large volume of criticism from reviewers and other industry watchers, including recent articles on Mobile-Review.com The story doesn't end there because we are hearing that whilst Paris and the G702 may have been cancelled in Europe, they might still make an appearance in Asia. -------------------- Bessie Braddock: Winston you are drunk. lol honestly i am a bit glad.. maybe SE should rethink there position with Paris... the intial specs werent all that.. they used the same cpu clock speed since the p990...

I feel there is no existance for both Paris and G702 , I think it is just a test ballon or marketing bubble
 As many of you saw , it is impossible that such device would inherit P990i & P1i No one would believe it carry the similar 208MHz Processor , and has few extra options which you can find them lately in many mid-end devcies , like the GPS , 5 MP camera , touch screen and such things What I mean there is nothing shows the uniqueness of the next "P" flagship |

Can't believe you're sad about Paris. The hardware was crappy. Beibei, on the other hand, was a lovely phone with great features in such a small body.

that g702 was actually pretty good, the paris not so much. hopefully they announce more g series phones soon... i'm not sure how much longer i can wait before i buy a new phone, and if a new G series phone that suits my needs doesnt come out in the next 6 months, my next phone is going to be the C905
