When I connect my W710 into PC with USB cable, OS can found the device and install it successfully!
and it show a 'Removable Disk(G:) ' in expolorer, but I can't enter G: driver, it says "Please insert a disk into driver G:."

Is any other waty to read the build-memory ?

Ask your network provider or someone, something must be broken. Maybe the cable?
