W300i Issues! Options

my w300i has started to have a few issues today!
overnight it appeared to turn it self off but the preset alarms didnt go off and when i checked it wouldnt turn on! no problem charge it i thought! sort fo worked! but after disconnecting it within ten minutes it had turned it self off again so back on charge and nothing this time! then it finnally charged enough for me to have a pplay with the updaters on it, but even after that it carried on randomly turning it self off,
wife has just got in from work so have swapped batteries over from her phone and it fired up straight away then with in a minute went blank (not a white screen of death but just black!) but my battery was fine in hers, so have swapped them back over and mine went as if to fire up but didnt get there!
anyone any idea's?? is it possibly the ribbon cable?? or maybe a dodgy flashing??
have got a credit on wotonserver.com for the latest firmware (cid52 as i am on 49) but the download link didnt work and used my daily allowances up! (page unavailable) so have to wait for tomorow before trying that!

any ideas would be gratefully received!!

i have no trouble with mine, yours probley just needs a full flash or a update try seus, if that doesn't work then do a full flash use xs++3.1 it's free.

i have a credit on woton for the cid52 firmware so going to have a crack at that tomorow as the se update came back with no updates required!
i do think its a software issue! if the firmware doesnt do it tomorow then i'll pop into town and get it reflashed there if i can!
annoying as its a pretty good phone! (daughter held my P910 under the tap when running her bath last weekend and the water got into the board aorund the signal recepter area so can no longer get a signal! so wanted a decent nice looking small phone! and the wife has one too so she could help me out with it lol!)
