Hi there.
I debranded my T650i two weeks ago. Everything went fine, and the phone was working 100%. Then a few days ago, my camera stopped working. When I activate the camera, I get a black screen with the camera icons on, and then the phone freezes for a minute or so, before I can get back and turn off the camera again. No pictures are received form the camera. Can this be firmware-related? What would you guys suggest I do? |

What does the service menu show about:
A: The camera driver version? B: The camera test option. -------------------- |

What does the service menu show about: A: The camera driver version? B: The camera test option. Camera software version (translated to english, as my phone is Danish): Camera: 4.5 Video-call camera: 3.1 My phone firmware is R8BC004 The camera-test just shows a black screen. |

Did you drop the phone or anything?
I think you can open the FS and try replacing the camdriver0.dat with the one from the older firmware. I don't think it is an hardware problem because with my K750, I dropped the phone badly and the camera's flex cable broke and the camera got disconnected . As a result of that, the camera information would not show in the service menu. -------------------- |

No I never dropped the phone, it's in mint condition. I'll try replacing the camdriver tonight.
Thank you very much for you fast reply |

Well.. Now I've tried with another camera driver, and the same thing happens. Is it possible that the camera cable have slipped out of the connectors itself?

Wee - somehow I just fixed the camera by Lol, not to put your spirits down or anything but I would still open it up and fix it. When my camera stopped working ; a quick bang (lol that sounds wrong) would sort it out. Until I did it too much and the camera module was beyond repair. -------------------- |
