I tried to flash my k510i using the fallowing instructionshttp://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=12408&hl=k510i
and found those instructions practicly similar (the process) to: http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=7330 but first when i connect the k510i with the "C" button i cannot install the drivers that the first guide linked, so i installed the drivers that came with the latest SEUS but then when i try to connect using XS++ i get the following 23:44:21| Turn off phone 23:44:21| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone. 23:44:21| You have 30 seconds. 23:44:21| 23:44:25| Baseband ID: 8040 23:44:25| Hardware Platform: DB2010 Marita compact 23:44:25| Protocol Version: 3.1 23:44:25| 23:44:25| Sending db2010_cid00_prodid_p3l.bin... 23:44:25| Prologue: Failed 23:44:25| Sending PRODUCTION_ID LOADER 23:44:25| 23:44:25| Sending db2010_cid00_prodid_p3l.bin... 23:44:25| Prologue: Failed 23:44:25| Activating GDFS... and it just sits there with "activating GDFS" and i cannot do anything else can you please tell me what to do to make it to the next steps? i would be thankfull |

it seems my phone is cid50
does this mean i wont be able to mod my k510i? i was thinking mainly about removing the operator logo (through editing xml)
cid50.JPG ( 87.84K )
Number of downloads: 9is there a way to edit xml system files with cid50? i dont think its possible to downgrade to cid50 and then edit |
