Sony T650i Wont Pick Up 3G

Hi guys my T650 won't pick up a 3G signal. I have a K800i on orange and the T650 is orange too. My K800 has a 3g signal constantly at home but my wife's T650 does not. Any ideas?

Hi

are you sure that the 3G is turned on on the T650?

You can check it in "settings, connectivity, networks, 3G/GSM"

Yes i am a phone Guru and it doesn't work.
