OK, I've made a backup of the GDFS with SET2 lite. Since then the phone is working again...strange but nice
 I will try unlocking now...again ---> yup, that worked out! Thanks a lot again

I was afraid because I read some articles about killed GFDS's and desperate users trying to fix that I've got one question left: What does CXC mean? What is it?
