I flashed my buddies w810i, and gave him flash menus, louder acoustics, better camera, and lots of other stuff...
Now I'm curious if there are any mods that I can do with my phone.. w710i.. I already have flash menus, and have a 2mp cam.. but I want better acoustics! Louder! Less crackle/noise/static! can I improve the reaction...the quality ..the sharpness and the video quality ? can I use the same files from the w810i cust pack? Also, is there a way to flash my phone instantly like the w810i, or will this take 2-8 hours? Thanks for any help guys! This post has been edited by mattress: 2007-06-05 19:13 |

I used this trick to mod my phone (w710i R1JC002red cid52)
http://myforum.lasyk.net/showthread.php?t=32889 If you do everything right you can mod your FS from your phone. I changed my font,sounds,removed the carrier. All with this little trick. If you put the right default_upgrade.xml files in folders with different fonts,sounds etc. You don't even need to hook to a PC to change stuff. I have about 20 different fonts I can use, I just move a default_upgrade.xml and the font files to other, turn the phone off then on again and BAM! I hate to say it did cost me $10.00 but it was well worth it. YOU CAN CHANGE ANY FILE IN THE FILE SYSTEM! You just need to know what you want to change. |
